We’re very excited to announce the launch of one of our most highly anticipated projects; the Aforza Insights Podcast. It’s fantastic to have the opportunity to host this podcast at our customer BrewDog’s studios, situated in their flagship bar in London Waterloo.
One of Aforza’s core values is ‘Human’, and we try to instil this into everything we do, from helping companies give back to their communities to ensuring that there is always a transparent, personal relationship with our customers. This was the driving motivation behind the creation of this podcast; to provide a human insight into some of the real people behind the ethos, actions and features of Aforza.
Starting this series off with a bang, we sat down with Aforza’s CEO and Co-Founder, Dominic Dinardo, for an episode focused on a subject that has never been more socially and strategically relevant: How Sustainably Distributed Consumer Goods (SDCG) Can Change the Industry for the Better.
So, why should you listen to this? As Dominic shares, a third of all food and beverages produced by Consumer Goods manufacturers globally is wasted. Yet 1 in 10 people still go to bed hungry every night. This imbalance needs to change and there are tangible actions we can all take to make an impact today.
During the podcast, Dominic shares his views on:
-
The imbalance he see in the retail market globally, between what gets produced by manufacturers and those going to bed hungry.
-
How much sustainability comes into Aforza’s mission and core values.
-
The definition of Sustainably Distributed Consumer Goods (SDCG) and why it is so important to take action today.
-
The positive impact the Consumer Goods industry will see with more SDCG-influenced practices.
-
What’s next for Aforza.
